Thank you very much for making our 30^th class reunion an outstanding event.  It is always a pleasure to get together as a group and celebrate.  30 years goes by quickly.  It was a pleasure to once again spend time together with a group of friends whom we haven’t seen in many years.

I want to give a special thanks to all of you who attended from out of state.  Your presence was well appreciated.

Why the Heathered Gray color?

First, it is difficult to find the correct "Cass Tech" green. Plus the Heathered Gray color is a very attractive neutral color, that will coordinate well.

Why only sizes L and 2X?

Those were the most popular. Plus it allows for room to accommodate our expanded spirit .

Furthermore loose fit is very popular.

WENDY HILLIARD shares time with a group of young aspiring gymnasts.

Wendy Hilliard had already done what many considered a long shot – becoming the first African American to make the U.S. Rhythmic gymnastics Senior National Team in 1978. She then remained on the team a record-setting nine times, including serving twice as National Team captain.

Now, Hilliard will be among six gymnasts that will be honored by the USA Gymnastics 2008 Hall of Fame. The ceremony will be held on Sunday, June 22, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.

Actor and morning radio host Steve Harvey gave Cass Tech his "Hoodie" award for being the best high school in America over the weekend. The award was accepted by Principal Ashford, the president of the Classof 2008, and Judge Craig Strong who accepted the award on behalf of the more than 85,000 Cass Tech graduates.
